These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of spinzen.co.nz ("Website") and any related services (collectively, the "Services") offered under the Spinzen Casino brand. By creating an account and/or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

3. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and keep your details current.
- Only one Account per person/household/device/IP may be permitted. We may treat multiple accounts as a breach of these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your Account.
- You must not sell, transfer, or assign your Account to any other person.
We may suspend or close Accounts and/or void transactions if we reasonably suspect account sharing, identity misrepresentation, or other prohibited activity.
4. Verification (KYC), Source of Funds & Compliance
To comply with licensing and anti-fraud/AML requirements, we may request verification at any time, including (without limitation): proof of identity, proof of address, payment method verification, and source-of-funds/source-of-wealth documentation.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or declined until verification is successfully completed.
- If you fail to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe, we may restrict the Account (including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals) and/or close it.
5. Deposits
Available deposit methods may include (subject to availability and your location): Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, Revolut, Wise, and selected cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, XRP, TRX, SOL, ADA, DOGE, BCH, TON) and Binance Pay.
- All deposits must be made using payment methods that belong to you. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- We may set minimum/maximum deposit limits and apply checks to prevent fraud and chargebacks.
- You are responsible for any bank fees, intermediary fees, FX charges, and blockchain network fees.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to security checks, KYC, and internal risk controls. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits (or an approved alternative if required).
- Monthly withdrawal limit: up to €15,000 per month (or the equivalent in another currency), unless otherwise stated for your Account or required by law/compliance.
- We may apply prioritisation rules and additional checks for high-value withdrawals or unusual activity.
- We reserve the right to void or reverse withdrawals arising from error, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
7. Bonuses & Promotions (General Rules)
Spinzen Casino may offer welcome and ongoing promotions (e.g., 80% up to €500, 50% up to €750, 40% up to €1,000, 100% up to €300). All Bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific rules displayed on the Website or in marketing material.
- Bonuses are for recreational play only and are not guaranteed.
- Wagering/turnover requirements, time limits, max bet limits, and excluded games may apply and will be disclosed in the promotion terms.
- Using Bonuses across multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any attempt to exploit a promotion may result in bonus removal, winnings voiding, and/or Account closure.
- We may limit eligibility by country, payment method, account history, or risk indicators.
8. Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Abuse
You agree not to engage in any activity that is abusive, fraudulent, or unfair, including but not limited to:
- collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage;
- use of VPN/proxy to circumvent geo-restrictions or controls;
- bonus hunting, multi-accounting, or systematic promotion exploitation;
- use of bots, scripts, automation, or software that interferes with gameplay;
- chargebacks or payment disputes used in bad faith;
- any attempt to reverse engineer, manipulate, or compromise the Website, Games, RNG, or systems.
If we reasonably suspect prohibited conduct, we may suspend the Account, withhold withdrawals during investigation, void Bonuses and related winnings, and/or report activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.
9. Games, Rules & Malfunctions
- Each Game has its own rules. In case of conflict, the specific Game rules prevail for that Game.
- In the event of a system error, disconnection, or malfunction, all affected bets and wins may be voided and corrected to reflect the most accurate outcome possible.
- We are not liable for losses resulting from your device, internet connection, or third-party service issues.
10. Dormant Accounts
We may classify an Account as dormant if there is no login and/or gameplay activity for a prolonged period. Where permitted, administrative fees may apply to dormant Accounts and/or balances may be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal procedures. Any such treatment will be disclosed before fees are applied where required.
11. Responsible Gaming
We support responsible gaming tools that may include deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion (availability may vary). If you believe gambling is becoming a problem, you should stop playing and seek help.

- Where a dispute relates to a transaction, bonus, or suspected breach, we may require additional documentation and may temporarily restrict the Account while investigating.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time (including for legal, security, or operational reasons). The latest version will be posted on the Website and will apply from the date of publication (or a later effective date if stated). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
